Game could have been fun but as usual it was written for to experts and no way to change difficulty. Must go through flak. All logical ways are not permitted as plane control is taken over by game. Can start over at checkpoint but health too low. Some levels make no sense but must be played inn the way written.
Sometimes you can finish the level but can still die and game did not save. No thinking allowed. Could not finish due to unknown path on level where girl is rescued in France by landing plane on street. Must be played almost exactly in the sequence it was written for. No way to get past flak.
Can not make it without full health but game will not save unless finish level.
This was a gift for my son and he seems to really enjoy this game.
The graphics are not as clean as Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. The Blazing Angels 2 game for the PS3 is a fairly good flight sim/dogfighter. but overall gameplay is enjoyable for fans of this genre.
This game is simple, good history, easy control use, engaging, addictive, and most of all: fun.You get to pilot different planes, in different(and real well done) scenarios, during WW2.The missions are various: drop an agent on a train while it's moving, find a submarine in a desolate artic area, protect a ship or a cargo plane, or simply go and star shooting at anything that is not friendly.Really well done, this game reminded me why I love video games.Veredict: Buy it and enjoy.
You have to keep trying and trying the same level until you (for some reason) figure it out. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that as you move to the next level in the game it is not clear how you can achieve your goals based on what you have. :) This game is a lot of fun both for grown ups and little ones. If you light flying games and action games then consider this game. That to me takes out part of the fun.
